Shipping, Handling, and Sales Tax
All orders are shipped United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service from Fabius, NY. We will ship to Canadian address, otherwise, we DO NOT ship outside of the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. We can ship to P.O. boxes with restrictions. Click here to review those restrictions. Cost of shipping and handling will be added to your invoice. Most orders are shipped complete within 3 to 10 business days of confirmed receipt of payment. Actual delivery can vary based on your distance from the manufacturer, so please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery. If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by email.

All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

Returns and Shortages
No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. For return authorizations, please contact Savvy eMarket LLC at info@simplywroughtiron.com. We will contact the manufacturer, discuss requirements, then notify you with the Return Merchancise Authorization (RMA) and directions for your return. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or proper return documents may be refused. *see below for additional terms and policies
Items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us within 48 hours. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim. **see below for additional terms and policies
Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges will be added on all customer refused orders.

- Unless the item is being returned for an exchange due to a defect, it must be returned unused in the original packaging.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization` and must be returned following the instructions provided. Returns sent without proper documentation may be returned to the buyer at their expense.
